Want To Have An Advice About Child Care

I work for almost 6 hours a day, I have 2 years old baby daughter and I share an amazing nanny with our neighbors but unfortunately my baby's nanny is moving to another place and I desperately want to find out a child care provider for my baby please help me! Should I consult a child care center or a home care provider?
