Does A Babysitter Need A Resume?

When I am interviewing for a babysitter, should I require a resume? Is there a form I should have the babysitter fill out and what questions should be on it? What kind of information do I need when I am hiring a babysitter?

yes indeed a babysitter must hqve to require a resume.Unless and until it has a resume no one would dare to keep their babies over there under its roof
