How Do I Find A Babysitter For A Special Needs Child?

My son is 3 and has an autism spectrum disorder, he is difficult to babysit, so how do I find someone who is capable of dealing with special needs children? Is there an agency that deals with that or should I take out an ad in the paper looking for a babysiter for a special needs child?
