Can I Get My Wife Back?

I had a quarrel with my wife and she has left the home for ever. I didn't try to stop my wife when she was leaving home because I was quite upset by her non sense behavior but now I am regretting that why i didn't stop her. Help me how to fix the things up in a cool manner. How to get my wife back because I can't live without her..

first all, id like to commend you for admitting your feelings about your wife but its not too late and im sure she misses you too. the no.1 reason for marriage breaking down is communication. you have to talk about even the smallest feelings about even the smallest things to learn and appreciate each other. accusatory tones should be avoided. just be calm and honest. i find the best way is to start every conversation with 'i feel....because...." but also keep in mind the old adage,'if you love something let it go, if it doesnt come back it wasnt yours to begin with' no matter what happens the sun will still shine, the world will continue. if she doesnt want to come back she wont no matter how many 'i feel...because...' conversations you have. i wish you well
