How To Treat My Baby's Worse Diaper Rashes?

Hi, My 7 months old has worse diaper rashes and she has got diaper rashes after she has taken antibiotics. The diaper rash is appearing like a red burn and it's visible between the folds of the skin. Please help me what to do? I am not putting her diaper 24 hours a day these days because of infection but things are not getting normal. Please help me.
