How Soon Can Learning Disabilities Start?
I am a mother of 6 and I think my next to youngest son has a learning disability. The rest of my children can at least count to 10, they know most their colors and shapes, and can spell their names. My next to youngest son can hardly say his name. He will be 5 this year. Should I be a little worried?

I'm not a professional at all, but I would have your son tested for autism. It's quite common (more in boys than in girls) and does affect their language center. Please take care of this as soon as possible in order for him to get the help he needs. God bless!
