Help Me My Daughter Has A Yeast Infection.

Please help! I am a new mom and my 4 months old daughter is having a yeast infection. The infected area looks like patchy and the patch has sharp borders. It’s visible on the front area and some spots are also visible all over the diaper area. Please help me what to do. I am extremely worried. Give me some suggestions.
