How To Treat Diaper Rash?

My baby is having diaper rashes all along the genitals and his back as well. He is having a sever diaper rash and rashes are spreading on his buttocks as well. Please help me what to do? Which diaper rash cream will be the best choice for my baby who is having sensitive skin as well.
