Where Should I Dispose Of Soiled Diaper?

Hi, I am a new mom and I have 1 year old son. I have been using cloth diaper for my son and I have absolutely no problem at all with them except that sometimes when I have a public affairs I don't know where to dispose of soiled cloth diapers of my baby. Of course I can't just throw them away... What to do? Please help me!
