Young Ones And Daycare For My Child

I have been searching high and low for a daycare that my son can attend. I have been having a few problems with the younger crowd that the daycares are hiring these days. I don't think it is right for other people to hit my child or discipline them in any way that involves a violent act. How can I prevent this from happening other than making them stay at home with me?
