My Children Are Always Sick

I am hoping to get some advice. I have two little girls who are, it seems, always sick. In the last 6 months at least twice a week one (or both) children were sick enough to stay home from preschool. We take probiotics, have multivitamins, eat organic fruits and vegetables and both children were breastfed. What can we do to stay healthy? Why are my kids always sick?

There are many possible reasons. One may be the presence of allergies, particularly seasonal allergies. Do your girls tend to be more sick at certain times of the year? Try investing in an air purifier and see if that helps. The presence of allergens in a normal household can be enough to cause a reaction in a child who is susceptable to allergies.
