What Can I Do If My Little One Is Being Bullied At School?

My little four year old began preschool a few weeks ago and there is another child at school who tackles him and punches him every day on the school grounds. I have asked him to tell the teachers when this happens but they don't always see it as it happens. How can I help my son to deal with this bully?
