Help! My Son Has Really Bad Diaper Rash!

Help! My little boy has a rash all up his back, across is rear end and down both legs. It is bright red with raised bumps and seems to be making him quite grouchy. What is causing this? How can I treat it?

Make sure you are cleaning his bottom really well and keeping it dry. Boudreaxs butt paste is awesome for bad rashes. (doubt I spelled that right!) Also A&D cream. Also think back, did you give him any thing new as far as foods, diffrent diapers, new laundry soap, do you use fabric softner, sometimes changes cause a rash.
