How Reliable Are Young Babysitters

Can the age of a babysitter determine their reliability? I've found a young babysitter to look after by baby girl. She seems fine but she is only 18, can I rely on her or should I look for someone older?

You can try her by observing in a couple of days. Sometimes they seems young but they are experienced especially if they have taken care to thier younger siblings. Once you have observed her, and you don't like, you can look for other baby sitter. Searching for good baby sitter is a hard task for a mom, better have ample time for looking one.
