Choosing a baby sitter is one of the toughest part of baby caring. In order for you to be sure that you choose the right person, you can observe her at least for two days. You take a leave in your work and observe the how she take care of your baby. Likewise, you can let a relative stay for a while once you are at work. And let your relative observe the baby sitter, too.
