The Choice Of The Babysitter's Sex

I have 3 boys to have looked after, is it better to choose a woman or man to look after by boys? I'm afraid a woman would not be able to keep them under control, how do I know whom is best?

It is still best that your baby sitter is a woman. Please consider that woman are more caring than man. They are more organize and knows the best for a child rather than a man. Yeah, it is hard to control boys, but woman are more patient in terms of disciplinary action to be taken for a child.
