How can I be sure the babysitter I've found is trustworthy and reliable? Where can I get a guarantee, or past work experience? Is it better to refer to an agency, I am worried about the price.

Sometimes it is difficult to refer to an agency when choosing a babysitter. In an agency sometimes, babysitter have courage to be bit choosy and sometimes impatient as they are aware that the agency can find them again work once they do not want thier employer. First, look for your relative who can help to babysit the child. Otherwise, let them look for one. You can ask your friends too. Those were the guaranteed babysitter whom you can trust.
