What Is A Good Age Range

My daughter is 7 years old and I am wondering what would be a good age for her babysitter. I need for the babysitter to be active and young enough where she understands responsibility, but also has enough energy to play with my daughter and do the things that she likes to do.

Usually the age for a babysitter who need to take care a 7 years old should be starting at 20 to 30 years old. At this stage, woman are still playful that sometimes they want to be a kid and play. They can interact well too with fashion and interests that your child may into.
