My son is in daycare and is old enough for me to start working again. The only problem is there is no daycare at night. How would I go about hiring a babysitter? What should I look for when hiring a babysitter?

You may look a babysitter thru referral by friends and relatives. You must see her experiences for the job and aks for referrals by her previous employer. Make a thorough interview for her so that you can know that she is the really right person. By her answers you can tell if she is trusful and can do the job.
