Is it really necessary to perform a background check on a potential babysitter? What if their record doesn't come back clean, and you still want to hire them? How would you go about doing that?

Yes, it is very necessary to background check your potential babysitter. Please take note that she will stand as the second mother of your baby while you are at work. There will be also an instance that the attitude of the baby sitter is adopt by a child especially if they are toddler. Make a necessary interview of your potential babysitter to be sure that she is trustful and can handle the job well.
