Second Pregnancy So Different
|
My first pregnancy was a pure joy. I felt really great through the whole thing. I didn't have morning sickness, joint pain or muscle aches. This pregnancy however has been completely different. I am so tired, sore, and nauseous it is almost unbearable at times. Is there something wrong with me or my baby? Is it natural to have such dramatically different pregnancies?

Friday 19th of February 2010 06:32:08 PM What your describing is exactly what happened to me - my two pregnancies were total opposites. Every woman is different and every pregnancy is different. The older you get, the harder it is physically on your body and carrying excess weight makes joint pain worse. This in no way means that there is something wrong with you or your baby. Eat little and often and don't skip meals - it makes nausea worse. Sleep during the day if you can and stop if you are tired. Listen to your body and slow down accordingly. The time will pass.

Sunday 28th of February 2010 01:45:21 AM All pregnancies are different. It has been stated that just as no two snowflakes are alike, rarely will mutiple pregnancies be alike as well.
Each one will bring about its own problems or lack of problems.
However, if something just doesn't feel right to you, inform your physician as soon as possible.

Monday 1st of March 2010 04:24:34 PM I have been pregnant eight times. I found that each one was different. Also, I found a big difference between being pregnant between boys and girls. Part of this may be because of the male hormones from the boys. I found that when my pregnancies were closer together, they were more difficult. I think this is because my body had not yet fully recovered from my previous pregnancy.

Saturday 6th of March 2010 07:07:47 AM Experience say yes. In fact during my last pregnancy I never felt anything, I mean the normal thing like morning sickness, back pain and all those stuff. I didn't even find a hard time going through labor. Its just nothing at all, as if I was never been pregnant except all seeing me like big bird.
