What If There Is No Background Information

Babysitters are usually between the ages of 12 and 18. When they are just starting out, they are usually about 12-15. There shouldn't be anything on their record that would come back on a background test. Knowing this, how can you tell what type of person your babysitter is and if they are a trouble maker?

Usually it is difficult to choose baby sitter of a baby. This is one of the most difficult task of a mommy. What I have done just to make sure that our baby sitter is suitable for us is to watch over her in a couple of days. I usually take an announced leave in our house, then I observer my baby sitter. May be you can try this.
