Could Something Be Wrong With My Babies Digestive System?

My daughter is 4 months now and was severely colic as a baby. She still brings up a lot of milk after every feed. When I sit her up to wind her she spits out what seems like half the feed. She is putting on weight though. Could there be something wrong with her digestive system?
