Can I Protect My Unborn Baby From Developing Marfan Syndrome?

My sister suffers from Marfan syndrome. She has a mild form of the disease and it has been in our family for a few generations now. I am planning on having a baby soon but I want to know as much as I can about the disease and if I can help prevent my baby developing it. If anyone has any advice for me I would love to hear it.
