What Are The Most Common Symptoms Of Congenital Heart Defects?

I am doing some research on heart disorders in babies, simply out of curiosity. My son tends to get breathless very fast and his lips turn blue very often. I’m hoping it’s nothing serious but I want to know if these sound like the symptoms associated with heart or blood disorders.
