How Soon After Birth Do Signs Of Neonatal Infections Start To Appear?

My baby is now 5 days old and I’m still holding my fingers crossed for any infections. I’ve had severe bacteria and thrush issues and I’m really hoping I haven’t passed them on to my baby. I need to know how long it actually takes for a neonatal infection to show its first symptoms.
