Does A Complicated Pregnancy Lead To Neonatal Infections?

I have had some complications during my pregnancy. They weren’t very serious ones but I had some vaginal bleeding and was prescribed bed-rest. I also had the flu three times and in one instance had to use anti-biotics. Does that increase my baby’s risk of neonatal infections?
