Is There Something Called An Occasional Care Facility Where I Pay Only If I Use The Services?

I am a full time mum and have 2 eighteen month old twin daughters. Even though I don’t work but I need somewhere to leave them when I have some work to do, like grocery or a hairdresser’s appointment. Day-care centres are a very expensive option for me because I will have to pay even if I don’t use the service.
