How Can I Make Sure That My Day-care Staff Will Not Leave After A Couple Of Months?

I have been managing my own day-care centre for the last year and a half and have a recurrent problem. I seem to spend so much time and efforts training new staff every time and every couple of months they leave and I have to go through the training process all over again. I try my best to keep my staff happy and at ease but I can’t seem to figure out where I am going wrong.
