Are Centre Workers By Law Supposed To Be Responsible For The Cleaning Duties Around The Centre?

I have a tough time getting the girls to clean the toilet, the kitchen and the floor. They seem to think it’s not a part of their job and we are always in an endless battle. Even if they do it they make sure they do such a bad job that I don’t want to ask them to do it again. I have so much administrative work to finish that I can never do it myself. Does anyone have some tips on countering the situation?
