Are There Any Day-care Centres That Offer Care For Children Who Need A Little More Attention?

I am looking for a childcare centre for my 9 month old son who has eczema and very sensitive skin. Most day-care centres provide a generalised care policy and perform nappy changes only twice a day. How can I make sure my child will get the attention he needs? Are there any centres that offer specialised care?
