Do Daycare Centres Charge Fees For The Holiday Season?

I was shocked to learn of a change in fees policy for the coming year.Last year we dint pay for the Christmas break season. This year we are expected pay for half the holidays. Is this common practise among daycare centres?

Basically it depends on the daycare center payment scheme. There are daycare center that payment scheme is long term such as semi annually, or annually, by this we are aware that even on holidays they are paid. But I think for sure, if monthly or quarterly basis, holidays season are being charge still. Unless you are paying on daily basis, and if on holidays you do not want your child to be in daycare center, practically you will not pay.
