Can A Daycare Facility Increase Its Daily Fees In The Middle Of The Year?
|
Both my children are going the same childcare and last year they increased the daily fees twice in the year. I dont want to move my children to another facility because of the convenience. Are they legally allowed to raise prices whenever they want?

Friday 7th of May 2010 01:26:48 AM As long as if they have added facility for their additional services, of course they are required to increase their daily fees. However, if there is no additional facility for the children daily activities, we mommies have the right to question about the said increase. I think any daycare center, should first call a meeting for all the mothers about any increase or the reason of the increase before circulating billings.
