If I Complain To The Centre's Directoress About Her Inefficient Billing System Will She Take It Well?
|
I have started to have a problem with my daycare centre's payment system. I leave the money in an envelope every week and at times I dont get a receipt for the next 2 weeks. last time I ended up paying $250 more than I should've. I have a good mind to confront the directoress about their lax payment system but I dont want to annoy her. What if she holds it against my children in return?

Friday 7th of May 2010 01:24:52 AM As long as you complain in polite manner, and will not cause any aberration on both parties, everything will be all right. I suggest that you bring all documents as proof about your payment, and then they can tally it to their records. As such, always remember that everything you have paid should always corresponds with an official receipt. This receipt will serve always as legal document for any questioning you are going to complain about in any transaction.
