Sunday 14th of February 2010 08:36:10 AM I assume you are going for regular check ups with your midwife or gyna? They do all the necessary checks and I am sure they would have mentioned it by now if something was not right with the weight of your baby.
If you do not trust it ask about it at your next appointment!

Monday 15th of February 2010 12:27:43 AM You would find that out during your visit to your doctor. Some tummies are bigger than others just because of extra fluid in their stomachs but having a bulging tummy is normal.
When I was a week before my due date, I ran into some long lost friends and they couldn't even tell that I was pregnant. Though given that I am a relatively big girl already, it still didn't show a bit under the flouncy top I was wearing.
As long as you gained the proper amount of weight for the duration of your pregnancy, you don't have to worry about anything.

Sunday 14th of February 2010 08:37:22 AM A person with a big tummy need not have a big baby and one who has a small tummy can have a normal baby. The size of the tummy does not matter. Anyway if you are concerend ask your doctor and he will be able to tell you what the baby is like, big or small or average. If you have had an ultra sound scan done this will also tell you the approximate size of your baby.

Monday 1st of March 2010 07:59:41 AM Small and big tummy doesn’t necessarily mean that you’ll have an under or over weight baby. Sometimes this depends on the mother’s built. There are small women who have big tummy and there are big women who has small tummy. Sometimes, it suddenly gets bigger on the last month of pregnancy. There’s nothing from my experience that will say that there is something wrong with the baby when your womb is small or big. Try the ultrasound, just to put peace in your mind.

Sunday 14th of February 2010 02:00:29 AM You shouldn't be worried at all dear. This is fine, actually it's better because it will make your delivery much easier. You can always make your baby bigger once he is out of your tummy. Have a ultrasound to check the estimated weight of your baby that would also put you at ease that your angel is fine and healthy.

Sunday 14th of February 2010 04:47:18 PM your doctor will tell you more specific, but don't worry about this .Myabe you are tall, and all tall women don't show their pregnancy age.
I was the same at 8 month all told me it is too small for that stage.
The ultrasounds will reveil all the measurements and the doctor will tell you if any problems.
