Is An Online Profile And Interview Session Enough For Me To Hire A Baby-sitter?
Can I trust someone after reading an online profile. I came across a babysitter wheo sounded brillaint on paper but didn't want to some over for a meeting unless I paid her for it. Isn't it important to meet the parents and the children face to face before the job or is an online interview session good enough?

I think you need to see face to face. A physical interview is good so that you can see her reactions for every questions you may interrogate her. Likewise, you can see sincerity in the eyes. Please do remeber there are a lot of hackers on line, and even illigitimate business are rampant. This will be the second mommy just in case if you will hire a baby sitter, and she will be your replacement once you are out to take care of your baby. You must think and choose wisely.

Possibly yes, but still you need to interview her personally and have a background check. We must remember that there are many things that emancipate in online offers. Some of these are bogus. Though some offer for real, but it is always better to play safe and double check their credentials.
