Would A Teenager Be A Better Baby-sitter As Compared To An Older Person?
When looking for a baby-sitter who should I give preference to. A young, vibrant, energetic teenager or an experienced older lady. Will my children be better off with an experienced babysitter or will they be bored by her older ways.

It depends on the person actually. Her family background will matter most on how she will take care a baby. If the teenager is the eldest in thier sibling, well she may have experience in taking care of her sisters or bothers. She can manage to take care of your baby. You can ask her questions relating to baby care. Hence, an old woman who is used to serve as nanny will be a good baby sitter of the baby. But you have to take and study their personality. Sometimes at this stage they are irritable already. Check their age too.
