Can A Babysitter's Parents Take Any Legal Responsibility Of Her If She Does Anything Wrong?
Ive recently interviewed a 15 year old girl to babysit my children. I quite like her and she seems like a responsible person. But I still can't convince myself to leave her incharge of my children. Can her parents take any legal responsibility of how she goes about her job or am I only supposed to deal with her?

It depends on the situation. Since you are aware that the baby sitter you hire is underage, you by yourself had committed already wrong doings. By hiring her, you are bound to courage of taking full responsibility of her too, since she is underage. I suggest you must get baby sitter who is mature enough to avoid any complications and unavoidable circumstances.
