Does A Babysitter License Include A Background Reference Check?

Does the fact that a babysitter has a license neccasrily mean that they have already had a background check? I know that to get a license they need to know safe working procedures and CPR but Im not so sure about history and references.

Probably not, you must still research about your desire baby sitter. Though they are licensed, you still need to have background check to their friend, relatives or even to their previous employer. Please bear in mind that they will serve as second mother to you son or daughter in your behalf
