Should I Report A Potential Babysitter Who I Felt Was Drugged?

I was interviewing a potential babysitter the other day and I am very sure that he was drugged at that point. He was 15 years old and wasn't very focused. I think parents should know more about his habits before they hire him. I dont know if i should report him or should I leave it for other parents to figure out?

Probably you must study well the situation or her about this incident. It is difficult to report immediately to a police if you are not really sure about the situation. I suggest observe her properly and you should not continue letting her take care of your baby if you are suspecting her like that.
