Is A Baby-sitters Online Profile Enough To Make The Decision?

I am looking for a reliable baby-sitter and have come across a few agencies that have online profiles of service providers. Can i trust the agency and consider hiring someone by looking at the online profile or is it important to meet the babysitter face to face before the job?

This thing will not suffice. Well, this can be simple basis for you to see their qualifications, but this can not be the basis to choose them as your baby sitter. You can have first them be interviewed for necessary question may desire. For further requirements, you can have background check and ask her of references she can provide to check his credibility.
