Where Can I Find Illustrated First Aid Flash Cards Or Booklets?

Im looking for illustrated first aid and CPR instructions. I am a baby-sitter and dont want to panic when faced by an emergency. I think I should carry illustrated first aid techiniques with me at all times. They will be easier to read, follow and implement. Does anyone know where I can find something like flash cards or a booklet?
