Does The American Red Cross Offer A Specialised First Aid Course For Babysitters?

Does the American Red Cross offer a specialised first aid course for babysitters or is the same course for everyone. I underatnd that CPR techniques differ between children and adults and I just want to make sure if as a babysitter I will be required to know anything else beyond what they teach.
