Is It Okay To Step Out For A Couple Of Minutes For A Smoke If I Am Very Sure The Children Are Safe?
I am 46 years old and have looked after my sister's children a number of times. She didn't really mind if I went out for a smoke after the children had gone to bed. But I am considering doing baby-sitting as a proper job. Is it okay to step out for a couple of minutes for a smoke If I am very sure the children are safe or is there a law forbidding it?

NO, this is a big no especially when you are taking care of babies. You must always look after him or her all the times. Beside, smoking while taking care of babies is not good habit, please do remember that the baby will be a second hand smoker if you continue doing it. And of course, baby’s health will be affect by continue doing so.
