Where Can I Find A Safety Checklist Before I Start Baby-sitting?
Where can I find a safety checklist before I start baby-sitting? Im looking for a list of things I should check in the house or the place I am caring for children. I think a checklist is a good idea because that way I don't miss anything. Does anyone have any points I should include in the safety checklist?

Having a babysitter check list is a great idea because it instills confidence in you and the parents of the children you are watching. The internet has numerous sites you can review to find the one that is perfect for your needs. The main thing to remember when using a checklist is to consider the ages of the children because there will be different things you will need to be aware for one group over another. Its a good idea to consult with parents as well to make they don't have any special requirements regarding their children.I recommend this site to start with. http://www.ffburn.org/babysitter_safety.htm

Actually there are several safety checklist you can see in the nearby book store, otherwise you can ask experienced baby sitters, too. Likewise, you can research also in the internet about this topic. Several sites cater to baby sitting and child care especially designed to new moms and researchers like you. On the other hand, you can asks too your employer, if they have preferences of taking care of their child. Some working mothers have plenty notes to their new baby sitters if they are going to work already.
