What kind of questions can I expect at an interview with parents? Do I have to answer everything or can I restrict some information which I consider irrelevant as being personal?

Usually they will ask you about your experience in baby sitting. Even the years you are undergoing about this activity. Likewise, they will ask you about certain instances that you have encountered in taking care of babies or toddler, how you have overcome the situation. They may ask, too on how and what ways you are taking care the babies. What you are usually doing.
