How much can I expect to earn as a baby-sitter? Is there a guide to how much I should charge or can I base my rate on my financial needs?

Actually there is no average rate of taking care of a baby. Several factors affect on how much you will be paid. Of course your employer may consider your qualifications, hours you need to baby sit, the age too of the baby you are going to take care of. It depends on how you would negotiate to your employer the payment. For experienced one, it is bit higher compared to a novice one.
