My Daughter Bangs Her Head.

My 8 month old daughter has a habit of banging her head on solid objects. When my brother was young, I remember him tapping his head on his pillow when he was going to sleep, but this is different. She'll bang it on the floor, on the wall, anything. She doesn't act like it hurts. What do I do about my daughter's head-banging behavior?

I suggest you must see a doctor to check up your daughter. That is the safest way so that you will not worry about it. Then, once you had her check up, if you are not satisfied with it, you may seek another opinion. It may sound costly but this is the best option to do. At least that early you have an idea of what happened to your daughter.
