	Is It Normal To Have Constipation After Delivery? I haven't had a bowel movement in 3 days. My son is 8 days old now. I had an episiotomy and I'm afraid to really push. I've tried taking fiber supplements but it hasn't helped. Is it normal to be constipated after delivery?
