I Can't Stop Crying About Leaving Her.
This is the last day of my maternity leave and I can't stop crying. She'll be staying with my MIL so I'm not worried about her safety, I just really don't want to be away from her. I'm afraid she'll be scared because I've always been there for her. Will my going back to work be traumatic for my baby in any way?

Not that really traumatic. Before leaving to work, I usually talked to my baby. At his early age, I explained to him like an adult the importance of going to work and leave him for a while. Until now, my 3 year old son is already aware while am working. He seldom cries when I am suppose to leave for work. Sometimes he even mention that proceeds of my work are for his milk and other things.
